Woodcrest is the newest addition to the established Biltmore Terrace neighborhood. Phases 1 & 2 are the existing sections of the neighborhood, located on Lamar Avenue and Meeting Street, while Woodcrest covers Phases 3, 4, and 5 of Biltmore Terrace. After completion, Woodcrest will have over 40 site-built homes with varying homeplans, features and square footage. Woodcrest is not your cookie-cutter new construction neighborhood where each home and lot are exactly the same.
